Today on Serious Eats:

Kids Meals That Feed Curiosity

Wendy’s also offers an audiobook about a mouse named Geronimo Stilton, but the cheese pictured on the package looks more like Emmentaler than Stilton. If you get this CD at Wendy’s, promise me you’ll explain to your kids that Stilton has mold in it, not holes. Thanks.

The Burgerville gardening kit is a great kids’ meal prize! I wonder if they could pack that into a Kinder Egg….

Good question. We’ve been getting very disappointing Kinder Eggs lately at Pike Place Market: Asterix figurines that you don’t have to put together. Do the Kinder Egg people think anyone actually wants a kinder toy with fewer than twelve pieces? What’s the point?

Haven’t the Kinder egg people been sued yet for their tiny swallowable plastic pieces?
