If you have a good recipe for blintzes

and a good recipe for rhubarb compote

you might want to serve the latter on the former. Scratch that, I know you want to.

I just made rhubarb compote today! First time, won’t be the last… and I might not be able to wait until the weekend to make crepes. MMMM.

I love rhubarb compote…with a bit of freshly grated ginger - heaven. Blintzes, I haven’t tried…but that will be a thing of the past in the coming weeks, thank you@ Enjoy your trip
