Congrats on Spilled Milk. Great stuff. You're beating the Car Talk boys at their own game, and right out of the gate. The only problem is, I thought I could listen to your show while I was cooking, but I don't think I should be wielding 10 inches of Solingen steel when you two are cracking me up — could lose a finger real easy like!

Can't wait for #3.

Sorry, I didn't laugh. But I'll be back for the next one.

I take issue with your "snowy white bottom" however. No one is going to tell me how to eat my fried egg. I cannot STAND a fried egg if the whites are not crispy brown, which is why I rarely eat eggs that way. I like soft yolks but over-done whites. (I also like hard-boiled egg yolks but can't stand the whites).

I do shirred eggs on kale - fried would work, too, but bake the kale so it has some crispy edges, too.

Saw the funny on the about page, your book is listed under Molly's and so on... (:

I laughed. But I snickered when I read the 'about' page and saw the flip-flopped books.
