&lt;p&gt;Just pan fry it with a skosh of 50-50 oil/butter, then add garlic, finish with toasted sesame seeds. Never had even a hint of trouble with that before.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Spongy? Will have to pay more attention next time. Maybe I&#039;ve been eating spongy spinach my whole life and have developed a taste for it.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;That can&#039;t suck!  Anything rolled around in pan juices and fond is pretty much heaven!  I feel the same way about fried things, just try not to eat them often.....even shrimp shells are yummy fried and sprinkled with some sea salt!&lt;/p&gt;
