In one of the scenarios in the “Callahan’s Crosstime Saloon” adventure game, you had to prevent a pencil company from clearcutting a grove of trees that included a unique species of cacao tree by making chocolate from it and giving it to the CEO.

Unfortunately, to make the chocolate, you have to cut down all the trees. Conservation is hard!
