		<description>&lt;p&gt;There's an excellent gratin recipe in Jerry Traunfeld's second cookbook. It calls for spinach with lovage or mint to be added to the greens. I've made them with mint and it was an OMG dish. No bacon in it but still a surprisingly delicious dish.&lt;/p&gt;
