I am always a little wary of the "local" label.. A few grocery stores here in the Northwest class local as anything that takes less than a day to reach the store. Which, really means just about anywhere in the US. Some call "local" the West Coast, which is also pretty daft.

I am interested in trying this stuff with Drake though. However, given his passion for puking if you feed him anything he doesn't like, it might be a while before we try.

My favorite thing on the website is when Dr. Susanna states "Active parenting means teaching your child what to like..."

I know you, Matthew--you're an active parent--so does this mean that, ever since Iris was about six months old, you've been whispering "CUPCAKES" in her ear?
