&lt;p&gt;Sean - for years they didn&#039;t take reservations or only for large parties, Then they started letting you call ahead to be put on the waiting list at lunch. Lunch reservations finally became almost required. Bad news if you are the spontaneous type - but you could often (not always) get a single seat during the off hours.&lt;/p&gt;
