		<description>&lt;p&gt;wait...i know this is so not timely, but just now on the re-run of "bobby flay's throwdown" from which i am inexplicably unable to tear myself away, the chowder-making guy just held up two insanely ridiculous bi-valves the size of guinea pigs (only, guinea pigs with disturbingly jaundiced-flesh colored elephant trunks), and said "these are my gooey-duck clams!"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;he keeps SAYING it!  what IS THAT???&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i've been thinking it in my head like "JEE-oh-duck."  what fresh hell is this???&lt;/p&gt;
