		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yay for new teahouses, and especially the organic variety! Also, I am a fan again of Teahouse Kuan Yin in Wallingford now that it&#039;s got new spiffi-fying owners. I do like coffee (particularly Arabic/Greek coffee), but my heart belongs to tea.&lt;/p&gt;
