&lt;p&gt;that's why they are nicknamed 'cooking apples' &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i am so sad I only had them for one week here:(&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;but that is one week more than the previous 5 years!&lt;/p&gt;
