		<description>&lt;p&gt;I can't read the final picture (blocked at work), but the original picture reminds me that it's the beginning of BS season!  I discovered that the cost of buying them on the stem is very comparable to buying loose ones, but they are sooo much better.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anyone have any idea what to do with the stems?  Stock for cabbage soup or something?&lt;/p&gt;
