Steal my restaurant concept
Probably inspired by too much Top Chef, I woke up with an idea in my head for a great pretentious restaurant name.
The place: An upscale cafeteria located on the fourth floor of a large hospital.
The name: IV

That reminds me of the Baptist lady who named her baby Pizzalim Siv because she liked bible names.

A healthy concept that I imagine could inject some much needed flavor into the hospital. Will you doctor your recipes? When are you opening? I can be patient!
