&lt;p&gt;I went to Vancouver last weekend and our friends gave us a gift of the new &lt;a href="http://www.amazon.com/Vijs-Elegant-Inspired-Indian-Cuisine/dp/1553651847" rel="nofollow"&gt;Vij's cookbook&lt;/a&gt;.  I'm so excited to try Vij's recipes at home!  This weekend, I plan to make Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Red Bell Peppers, Paneer, and Cashews.&lt;/p&gt;
